From surviving to thriving: resilience in grad school

Are you feeling overwhelmed by grad school? You’re not alone! 

From surviving to thriving: resilience in grad school is a workshop created by grad students, for grad students. By participating, you’ll be guided through the roadmap to resilience and gain a deeper sense of community, strategies to reframe your challenges, and leave with an action plan to shift from surviving to thriving in grad school.

By participating in this workshop, you'll gain: 

  • Community by sharing your challenges with peers and because you're not alone 
  • A mindset shift by collaboratively developing strategies to reframe challenges into stepping stones toward success 
  • An action plan by developing actionable skills and a concrete plan to build resilience against your academic obstacles
