Invigilator Assembly - Bargaining Ratification Vote

AGSEM and McGill have reached a tentative bargaining agreement in our negotiations for a new Invigilator contract.

At this hybrid assembly, Invigilators will have the opportunity to discuss and vote on their new contract after over a year-and-a-half of collective negotiations. If you currently work or have worked as an Invigilator at McGill within the past 12 months, you are a member of AGSEM Unit 2 and are able to vote for or against the agreement that has been reached between your Bargaining Committee and McGill.

The format of the meeting is hybrid with the physical location at Rutherford Physics building, room 103 and virtually over Zoom. The meeting link and agenda will be sent to those who register in advance of the meeting. 

Registration to the assembly is necessary to be able to vote, whether you attend in person or online. The secret ballot will be sent to your email to everyone who is present in the meeting at the time of the vote, in accordance with labour law.

Dinner will be served. Please indicate whether you plan to attend in person or online, and whether you have any dietary restrictions.
