Teaching Assistant Assembly - Bargaining Ratification Vote

At this online assembly, Teaching Assistants will have the opportunity to discuss and vote on their new contract after over two years of collective negotiations. If you have worked as a Teaching Assistant at McGill within the past 12 months, you are a member of AGSEM Unit 1 and are able to vote for or against the agreement that has been reached between your Bargaining Committee and McGill.

Registration is necessary to attend the event, and the meeting link and agenda will be sent to those who register in advance of the meeting. Registration will be open until September 29 at 5:00PM, 24hrs in advance of the meeting. **Update** you can still register after 5PM on September 29, but after you register, also email mail@agsem-aeedem.ca to let us know that you have registered so we can ensure that you receive all of the information that you need.

We will follow up with registrants for whom we do not have a signed AGSEM membership form.

Since we will need to verify your identity and check that your membership form has been signed to ensure the validity of any secret-ballot votes under the law, we request that you join the meeting in advance of the scheduled start of the meeting. We will be admitting members into the Zoom call from 4:30PM onwards.
