Whether you're a new or returning TA, join representatives of AGSEM, the Office of the Dean of Students, and Teaching and Learning Services for a panel discussion about being a TA at McGill, with particular emphasis on the remote delivery context.
This is the first session in a series of Teaching Assistant workshops organized by SKILLSETS. The workshops are open to all students, but new Teaching Assistants are eligible to receive compensation for up to 3 hours of their time (on top of their current contract) for participating in the workshops listed on the SKILLSETS website.

New TAs have the right to receive compensation under the TA Collective Agreement between AGSEM and McGill. Any issues with receiving payment should be brought to the AGSEM's attention at mail@agsem-aeedem.ca.
Please note that this information session does not count towards the three hours of training.
