About The Event
May Day Walkout for Livable Grad & Postdoc Stipends!
Federal stipends for grad students haven't increased since 2005! Inflation has totalled 45% since then! If the funding had kept up with inflation, standard master's stipends would be $24 000 today instead of what they actually are: still $17 500.
Join your fellow grad students and postdocs in walking out to tell the government that we have had enough. We deserve livable stipends!

4 pm head to march with Concordia TA union
5:30 pm International Workers' Day march at Parc du Souvenir
